We have four certified technicians who have been trained by Inter-Tel, and our tech support center has a working Inter-Tel 3000/EncoreCX phone system, with voicemail. If you need help in setting up or troubleshooting your system, we can work with you, step-by-step. Tech support is free and unlimited for products we've sold. We are committed to helping you; we don't just take your money and send you a box.

We're open from 8am until 6pm, Eastern Time, Monday though Thursday. We close at 5 on Friday.
