“Inter-Tel 3000 has really helped us out a whole a lot. Instead of having to write messages down, we have the option of transferring to the individual’s voicemail box. Compared with the old system, when there were incoming phones calls, individuals would get a busy signal and would not be able to leave a message. With this new system, when an individual calls and the phones we have are in use, they are forwarded to voicemail. It’s really a great help to our front office.”
